Refund & Return Policy

When Can You Return a Product

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product was delivered past its expiry date.
• The seal was broken or tampered with on arrival.

Returns for reasons like taste, personal preference, or ordering the wrong variant are not accepted. This is standard practice for pharmaceutical and ingestible products.

Return Window

You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@shipra.in with the following:

• Your order number.
• The reason for the return.
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue.

Our team will review your request within 48 hours. If approved, we will either arrange a reverse pickup from your address or share instructions for sending the product back.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Prepaid orders — refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 7–10 business days.
• COD orders — refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). We will ask for your bank account details over email.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Please allow 2–3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

Replacements

If the product was damaged or defective, we offer a one-time free replacement subject to stock availability. If the same product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead. You do not need to return the damaged product in most cases — the photographs are sufficient.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Products with broken or opened seals (unless received that way).
• Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales marked as "final sale."
• Gift cards or digital vouchers.
• Free samples or complimentary items included with orders.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. To cancel, email us at support@shipra.in with your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return (if eligible under the conditions above).

Shipping Charges on Returns

If the return is due to a fault on our end (wrong product, damaged item, expired product), we bear the full return shipping cost. No deductions will be made from your refund.
