Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. All orders are dispatched from our GMP-certified manufacturing facility. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid orders above ₹499 — free shipping.
• Prepaid orders below ₹499 — flat ₹49 shipping fee.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — an additional ₹30 handling charge applies, regardless of order value.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, etc.) — 3 to 5 business days.
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities — 5 to 7 business days.
• Remote and rural areas — 7 to 10 business days.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or high order volumes during sale periods.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking details once it has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and SMS. If you have opted in for WhatsApp notifications at checkout, you will receive updates there as well. You can also check your order status from your account.

Packaging

All products are packed in tamper-evident, pharmaceutical-grade packaging. Bottles and jars are individually wrapped and placed in corrugated boxes. Liquid formulations such as kashayam and asava-arishta are sealed with leak-proof caps and packed upright to prevent spillage.

Shipping Partners

We work with Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post. The courier partner is assigned automatically based on serviceability at your pin code. We do not offer a choice of courier at checkout.

Undelivered Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver after 3 attempts — due to an incorrect address, recipient being unavailable, or the delivery being refused — the package will be returned to our facility.

• For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For COD orders, the order will not be re-shipped unless you contact us to confirm the correct address.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Please Note

• Ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
• Certain pin codes in the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and island territories may have limited courier serviceability. If your pin code is unserviceable, we will notify you after order placement.
• During festive or sale periods, order processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
